• 1 Package Meats2U Cooked Tail-On Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup finely grated raw horseradish
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch decorative parsley


Be the star of the holiday party when you serve this traditional cocktail with a Meats2U zesty kick!

Empty contents of 1 package of Meats2U Cooked Tail-On Shrimp in cold water for approximately 10 minutes until thawed.

In a small mixing bowl combine horseradish, brown sugar, lemon juice and ketchup. Stir well.

If serving a large group, pour cocktail sauce into decorative glass bowl. Decorate bowl of cocktail sauce with a sprig of parsley, place bowl on platter, and organize Meats2U shrimp & slices of lemon on platter around the bowl.

If serving a small group, pour cocktail sauce into individual stem glasses. Decorate glass of cocktail sauce with a slice of lemon and sprig of parsley on one side, and jumbo shrimp on the other side.

Makes 8 servings.
