Our meats are vacuum-sealed in heavy-mill plastic and thus we can ensure a very long shelf life in your freezer, up to one year, as long as the seal has not been compromised. If something of ours goes unseen or at the back of your freezer, chances are months later it will be in nearly as perfect condition as the day it was delivered to you, ready to thaw, cook and serve as usual.
Can I re-freeze your products if they thaw out?
Yes, there are two stipulations on this. The product must not have reached a temperature above 40F for a sustained period and this process of thawing and refreezing can only happen once.
