The Wild Caught Salmon comes highly recommended! Remember to always demand wild caught fish due to the Omega 3 Fatty Acids that Mother Nature deposits in her heavenly creatures! Do not purchase farm raised fish due to the absence of the Omega 3 Fatty Acids. The salmon from Meats2U comes in individually sealed plastic, so you are able to prepare a meal for one person or for several people. I use a quality pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Italy), with some salt an pepper, and it is very savory! Enjoy!
