    Perfect Poke Bowls – This ahi is sashimi grade! I have been on an ahi bowl kick all summer so this is something that is in my freezer ALWAYS. Defrost, slice it up, add some brown rice, green onions, aminos, cucumber and wasabi. You will thank me later.

    One of my favorite recipes is pan-seared tuna with avocado, soy, ginger and lime. But the most important ingredient is the ahi. It MUST be sashimi grade and high quality. I don’t take my chances with ahi anywhere else. Meats2u is amazing quality, and at a great price.
