The diced chicken defrosts quick and cooks even quicker. After a long day working construction, sometimes the last thing I want to do is cook. I throw this in a ziplock bag, put it in my sink in lukewarm water, jump in the shower and BAM it’s ready to cook. I just add veggies and some brown rice and I have a chicken bowl that puts Flame Broiler to shame.
