Orders must be placed no later than 10pm Thursday to ensure delivery the following week. (no exceptions)
CA & NV: orders placed prior to 10pm Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday *
AZ, WA, OR, ID and UT: orders placed prior to 10pm Thursday will arrive the following Wednesday *
* we do not ship on Federal Holidays.
You do not have to be home to receive. Your order is properly packaged to sustain all temperatures during the journey. The moment your product is placed on your doorstep, you will receive an email immediately notifying you of delivery. Relax, your order will hold temperature on your doorstep until you get home.
(If you live in a remote area within any of the states listed above, our 3rd party carrier may not provide service. If the website does not allow you to place an order, our 3rd party carrier does not service that area.)

It doesn’t happen often but it can happen. During our cooks, depending on demand, we may run short on a certain type of veggie and or carb source. We do our best to calculate what we need for that specific cook. That being said, we like to keep all of our items as fresh as possible by utilizing everything we purchased for set cook day. Should we run short on a specific protein, veggie and or carb source, Chef John will replace that item with his professional preference. We reserve that right to do this but will do everything in our power so that this does not happen. Ultimately our goal is to get you exactly what you ordered.

If you are from the Camp Transformation Center, all meals can be converted to F.T.D.I standards. You will only be issued with F.T.D.I standards. The spices/seasonings used would also be F.T.D.I standards. It is up to the member to choose the meals providing the meats allowed within your meal plan.
If you are from Results, all meals can be converted to S.T.T.F.P. standards. You will only be issued the carbs and veggies allowed within S.T.T.F.P. standards. The spices/seasonings used would also be S.T.T.F.P. standards. It is up to the member to choose the meals providing the meats allowed within your meal plan.
